Participant Information:
Registrations are unique to the firm and non-transferable to another firm. Global M&A Network reserves the right to refuse if the payment is not received. Attire is business formal. Black-tie encouraged for the gala dinner!
Cancellations and Substitutions: If you are unable to participate, a substitute from the same firm is recommended and notified in writing 3 days prior. We regret there are no refunds on cancellations. Credit: In-kind credit is issued to the firm, which can be used to attend any one of the events scheduled within a year. (ii) Global M&A Network will offer a refund only if it cancels the event indefinitely and fails to reschedule the event within a year.
Awards Policy: Winners of the world’s most prestigious awards are officially at the staged ceremony celebrations held in conjunction with the forum. Registered firms are awarded their winner licensing rights, publicity materials, trophies, etc. Firms winning multiple deal awards (2 or more), must register the deal-team leader and/or members who worked on the award-winning deals to be eligible to receive their trophy accolade. Trophy is presented at discretion of GM&AN based on the significance of the advisory role and award category. Firms cannot accept trophy on behalf of another firm.
