David M. Grinberg

Eric Grossman

Maurizio Levi-Minzi

Maurizio is an M&A lawyer with 30+ years of experience advising clients in complex joint ventures and cross-border acquisitions of a broad variety of assets in sectors such as energy, asset management infrastructure and consumer products. He has led transactions in Latin America, the United States, Europe and Asia for private equity groups and strategic investors.


Paola Lozano

Paola M&A practice focuses on cross-border transactions throughout the Americas and globally, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, multinationals, multi-latinas, private equity and venture capital funds, family offices and privately held companies.


Mitchell S. Nussbaum

Mitch also serves as co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Department. His practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies, investment banks, SPACs, PIPEs and variety of private placements transactions. He also negotiates acquisitions, mergers, going-private transactions, reverse mergers, etc., and has represented issuers and underwriters in hundreds of SPAC public offerings and business combinations for over 20 years.
