Cristine represents debtors, lenders and investors along with private equity sponsors in acquisitions, out-of-court restructurings and Ch. 11 cases. She also advises boards of directors and senior management of distressed companies on fiduciary and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining Ropes & Gray, Cristine was a partner at another top New York law firm in the restructuring group. She also worked as the term clerk for Chief Judge Gonzalez of the Southern District of New York and then joined the restructuring group of another preeminent New York law firm.
