What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
Working with a variety of clients in different industries and having many transactions ongoing at the same time keeps my law practice interesting and intellectually challenging.
How does diversity add value in the deal-making process?
Having a diverse group of participants encourages discussion and understanding throughout the transaction, and often facilitates solutions to problems the parties may not have been able to achieve otherwise.
The most memorable deal I worked on....
All parties were focused on closing the transaction and providing value for their company/client, rather than scoring points.
Advice for achieving success in the industry....
Listen to your client; it is crucial to know what they need, and what they want in each transaction.
