Jim serves as Chair of Kelley Drye and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Prior to being elected as Chair of Kelley Drye, he was the Chair of the Bankruptcy Department. Over the past three decades, Jim has built the firm’s Bankruptcy Department into one of the premier creditors’ rights group in the country. His practice focuses on creditor representations in corporate bankruptcy cases, representing official committees of unsecured creditors, indenture trustees, owners and developers of shopping centers and individual creditors. Jim’s commitment to providing expert client service and achieving successful outcomes for his clients is unmatched.
