What led you to a career in the deal making industry?
I enjoy challenge and variety everyday in my job. I found quickly in Valuation that every day is different. You never know what is coming. I enjoy meeting owners who are so passionate about their companies.

Diversity is important in every aspect of business to bring a wide range of thoughts to the table. In deal-making, diversity allows for more creative solutions and better deals to be made across the table.
Most memorable deal...
A SPAC acquisition because there were so many parties at the table trying to get two companies that were not public-ready to become public-ready in an extremely short amount of time.
Advice for achieving success...
Stay nimble and agile. Be ready for the twists and turns. It is a bumpy but fun ride.

Anna has 20+ years in accounting services, with extensive experience providing valuations, tax, financial modeling and other services to some of the most distinguished middle-market private equity firms and portfolio companies, including significant “Big Four” experience. Anna has advised on hundreds of diligence assignments over her career and is a trusted leader within the firm.
Education: M.S. in Accountancy, Wake Forest University and B.S. in Accountancy, Wake Forest University.
