Profile:

Rachael represents public and private life sciences companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, complex divestitures and carve-out transactions, a variety of capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-on offerings, PIPEs, RDOs and private placements), Securities Exchange Act work, corporate governance and collaboration agreements. She regularly provides counseling to boards of directors and senior management on a wide range of corporate governance and compliance matters. In addition, Ms. Bushey has significant experience in negotiating transactions with both pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Prior to Pepper, Rachael was a partner at Hogan Lovells LLP and has also served as vice president, deputy general counsel and corporate secretary for West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.
