What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
It was an evolving process molded by phenomenal mentors at GlassRatner. I can honestly say that had I not joined this firm, I would have likely chosen a different path.
How does diversity add value in the deal-making process?
Diversity is the intersection of a unique spectrum of experiences, education, training, thought processes, methodologies and culture that adds imagination and innovation to each engagement. Without it, we would be..... boring.
The most memorable deal I worked on....
Several years ago, I restructured a not-for-profit as a volunteer that I thought was completely hopeless. Happily, I was wrong!
Advice for achieving success in the industry....
Put the past behind you. Learn from your successes and failures. Then focus on the present and beyond!
