Profile:

William is a member of the Creditor Rights practice at FTI Consulting and has over 15 years of restructuring experience. He specializes in providing financial advisory services to creditors and distressed companies in both in- and out-of-court situations. William has been involved in numerous engagements involving Chapter 11 reorganizations. His advisory experience includes the evaluation and development of restructuring proposals and plans of reorganization, development of financial models and value waterfall recovery analyses, analysis of business plans and financial statements, evaluation and preparation of cash flow forecast models, investigation of avoidance actions, review of employee compensation programs, management of asset distributions to creditors, claims reconciliation, and other financial analysis to support the development and implementation of strategies to maximize value for creditors.

Education: B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
