What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I’ve always been passionate about the law and helping facilitate growth and change. The deal-making industry, especially in the restructuring space, provides a unique platform that enables me to help struggling companies reorganize, recover and grow. The restructuring practice is a fascinating, dynamic practice that is ever evolving.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
The most memorable case I’ve worked on was not one of my larger engagements, but it had significant social and emotional importance as it helped preserve an iconic NY brand and saved more than 100 jobs. The case involved the successful reorganization of abc carpet and home.
Most enjoy about my career...
The most enjoyable part of my career is the incredible national and international team that I work with daily at Greenberg Traurig. I also enjoy helping struggling companies find legal solutions to their financial challenges; no two problems are the same and each situation is unique.
