Justin R. Ishbia

Justin is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a microcap private equity firm focused on partnering with companies that have between $1-10 million of EBITDA. He is responsible for investment sourcing and valuation, transaction structuring, the securing of acquisition financing, fundraising and all administrative activities. Justin sits on the board of directors of several Shore Capital portfolio companies.

Justin received his Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School. He earned a Certificate of Law and Business from the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University.


Farah started her career at L Catterton focused on North American growth equity and buyout investments. Prior to joining L Catterton, she was a Vice President at Sandler Capital Management where she focused on growth equity, leveraged buyouts and financings of middle market companies. Prior to Sandler, Farah worked at Apax Partners, where she focused on growth capital and leveraged buyouts in the retail and consumer product sectors. Prior to Apax, she worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where she focused on corporate finance and M&A coverage of retail, media and technology companies based in both New York and Menlo Park.

Farah is a Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude graduate of Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics. She received an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.


Bradley Langer

Brad focuses on investing activities, including deal sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution and providing post-investment oversight to portfolio companies. He also shares day-to-day management responsibility for BBHCP, the private equity investment division of BBH. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Brad was actively involved in evaluating and managing mezzanine investments at Whitney & Co. and Paribas Capital Funding.

Brad is either a director or observer on the board of directors of PrimeRevenue, Haven Behavioral Healthcare, American Physician Partners, Clever Devices, DynaGrid, American Spraytech, GIFTED Healthcare and The Granite Group. He sits on the Private Banking Diversity and Inclusion Council. He is a graduate of Bucknell University.


Steven Leistner

Steven is a member of HGGC’s Management Committee and Investment Committee. He is involved in all aspects of investment sourcing, underwriting, execution and portfolio management and realization. His current and former board roles include Grand Fitness Partners, Buildertrend, Fullscript, Denodo, Beauty Industry Group, Better Being (fka Nutraceutical), RPX, Dynata (formerly SSI), 4over, and MaMa Rosa’s. He is active in our investment in Entrata and previously was involved with the firm's exited investments in Selligent, Serena Software, Power Holdings, Sunquest and iQor.

Steven received his M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Jim Mahoney

Jim is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing investments, as well as setting strategy and managing the operations of the firm. Jim is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee and the Huron Capital Board of Directors. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and restructurings for middle market businesses across a variety of industries. Prior to joining Huron Capital in 2007, he was with Conway MacKenzie, Inc., a boutique firm focused on restructurings and special situations. Prior to Conway, Jim was an investment banker with Robert W. Baird & Co.

Jim received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Villanova University, M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.


Marc McManus

Marc joined CIVC in 2007 and is focused on new investment opportunities and working with portfolio companies. Marc is currently a Director of YOUNG & Associates, Crest Insurance Group, StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, Allata, and Signers National. He was involved or served at the Board level with other CIVC investments including LendCare, Pacific Crest Securities, Wintrust Financial Corporation, among others. Prior to CIVC, Marc was a Director of Business Development at HSBC North America. Prior to HSBC, Marc was a strategy consultant with Accenture and worked in the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers.

Marc received Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.


Ward founded McNally Capital in 2008 to continue his family’s legacy of owning and operating private companies. Since our founding, Ward has worked with hundreds of family offices and business owners, with the dedicated purpose of supporting their objectives to create long-term value through Direct Family Capital. Prior to founding McNally Capital, Ward spent 10 years as a partner with private equity firms The Edgewater Funds and Hammond Kennedy Whitney & Company.

Ward is currently the Chairman of FedData and Advanced Micro Instruments and sits on the boards of Orbis Operations and Altamira Technologies. He is the former Chairman of ITS Logistics and former board director at Genesys Aerosystems.

Ward holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Geography from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Tim Millikin

Tim currently serves as a Board Director or Observer for Catalis, Delinea, Infinidat, and Renaissance Learning. He has also led or been involved with many of the firm’s current and prior technology investments including Box, Domo, Ellucian, Expanse, Guardicore, McAfee, SunGard, Tanium, and Zscaler. Prior to joining TPG in 2007, Tim worked in the Technology M&A group at Morgan Stanley where he advised on and executed M&A transactions across the enterprise software, Internet, technology hardware, and services sectors.

Tim holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.


Devin O’Reilly

Devin joined Bain Capital in 2005. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was with Bain & Company where he consulted for private equity and healthcare industry clients. Previously, he spent several years in the software industry in corporate development and general management roles.

Devin received an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with an A.B. from Princeton University.


Travis Pearson

Travis has investment responsibilities for, and currently serves on the boards of Aras, Insurity, Togetherwork, Doxim, Flexential, MRI Software, Daxko, Rectangle Health, and GTY Technology. He is also responsible for developing the Firm’s Portfolio Operations Program. Prior to joining GI Partners, he spent 15 years at Bain & Company, where he advised leading firms in technology, media, and telecommunications. He also worked with top private equity firms on over 100 transactions and served GI Partners on a variety of successful investments.

Travis received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, and M.A. and B.A. from Duke University, cum laude and with distinction in Economics.
