Published exclusively by Global M&A Network, the 10th annual list profiles a highly respected and successful group of 50 lawyers from the Americas mergers and acquisitions communities. Over 108 firms and 621 lawyers were evaluated per eligibility standards for the current A-list.

Matt is a member of the firm’s Management Team and Policy Committee. His practice is focused on representing private equity funds, growth equity funds, and their portfolio companies in their major transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and sales. He also represents buyers and sellers in transactions involving both publicly traded and privately held businesses, subsidiaries, and divisions of public companies, and has experience in roll-up, and corporate carve-out and distressed transactions.

Lisa has extensive experience in representing buyers, sellers and financial advisors in merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private companies, especially in the life sciences and technology sectors. In this area, she has a special focus on public company mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and other complex transactions involving public companies.

Justin G. Hamill

Justin provides sophisticated transactional counsel to diverse clients, including public and private companies, investment funds, and financial institutions. He regularly advises on multibillion-dollar mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, drawing on his substantial experience across a broad array of industries, such as media, sports, and entertainment, as well as technology, financial services, consumer products, healthcare, and real estate.

Sarkis Jebejian

Sarkis has been repeatedly recognized as one of the country’s leading practitioners in mergers and acquisitions. He focuses his practice primarily on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and shareholder activism defense.


Andrea is a member of Dentons’ global board. She brings business acumen and clarity to complex M&A and financing transactions in the technology sector. She has two decades of experience leading acquisitions of private targets for PE and strategic buyers, take-privates and other public M&A transactions, IPOs and some of the largest VC transactions in Canada.


Jonathan E. Kellner

Jonathan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, capital markets, bank finance, and investment funds for U.S. and Latin American corporations and financial institutions. He has experience working on transactions in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, and Peru, and he regularly transacts in Portuguese and Spanish.


Eric is one of the nation’s most active physician group, health plan and hospital M&A and joint venture lawyers, having advised on over 85 hospital mergers, acquisition and/or joint venture projects, over 85 health plan merger and acquisition projects, and many of the largest physician services transactions nationally, including a majority of all major managed care physician group transactions in the Western U.S. in the past ten years.
