Larry Perkins

Larry has more than 20 years of leadership experience with companies undergoing transition. He has enhanced business performance for companies through interim management, strategic planning, and transaction execution. He has served as Interim CEO/President, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Board of Directors Member, among others, to numerous middle-market companies and is skilled at assisting clients through challenging situations. Larry is the bestselling author of “Don’t Be A Stranger”, where he explores the secrets of strategic relationship building. He graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.

What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry... One factor for me is the ability to view a challenging situation, and act quickly while not having perfect information. The advantage of being an advisor in a tough situation is that we’re not burdened by history, and can objectively make decisions based on the current facts when we arrive.

What do you most enjoy about your career... I enjoy the deep dives we take into our clients’ businesses. Understanding their needs, becoming part of their team, and helping them overcome their challenges is hugely rewarding.


Matthew Prest

Matthew has over 25 years of financial restructuring experience advising companies, financial sponsors, secured lenders and bondholders. Additionally, he has provided clients with other investment banking services including raising debt and equity finance for distressed and non-distressed companies. He has performed key advisory roles in some of the most high-profile, sensitive and complex situations in EMEA and Asia. Prior to joining Moelis & Co, Matthew was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Restructuring team at Close Brothers Corporate Finance.


Marc D. Puntus

Marc joined Centerview Partners in 2011 to establish the restructuring and debt advisory practice. During his over 20-year career, he has led restructuring, financing and M&A assignments for companies, creditors, acquirers, shareholders and other stakeholders across a wide array of industries, including retail and consumer, energy, general industrial, chemicals, automotive, transportation, telecommunications and technology, leisure, hospitality and gaming, healthcare, and financial institutions. Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a Managing Director and Co-founder of Miller Buckfire & Co.


Sandeep Qusba

Sandy has represented agent banks, steering committees, official and ad hoc committees, creditors, private equity sponsors, special committees of boards and portfolio companies in some of the largest Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Some of recent transactions advised by Sandy syncreon Group, PG&E, Patriot Coal, Gawker Media, LightSquared and Puerto Rico bankruptcy cases.


Devi Rajani

Devi focuses on assisting companies to navigate through the challenging process of fixing their capital structure through debt restructurings and capital raising in Latin America. Devi has more than 15 years of experience working exclusively on large multinational restructuring assignments in Latin America, having restructured more than USD85 billion of debt. Devi brings an unparalleled ability to tackle complex situations given her deep technical expertise, having advised both companies and creditors across a variety of industries, including but not limited to the construction, manufacturing, automotive, hospitality, oil and gas and financial service industries in Mexico, Chile, Brazil and the Caribbean.

Most recently, Devi advised on a Turnaround Atlas Awards winning transaction - LATAM Airlines Group S.A., Latin America’s largest airline, in its USD10.8 billion restructuring.

What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry... Genuineness is an important factor that has allowed me to connect with clients, companies and colleagues. Being able to be open and vulnerable with the people you are working together with allows for connections and trust to build and grow, which becomes especially important during times of crisis.

What do you most enjoy about your career... I love being able to connect with the unique network of people and over the years, many have become friends, mentors/sponsors and trusted advisors. I also enjoy being able to pass it on by helping mentor and guide the next generation of professionals.


Natalie D. Ramsey

Natalie practices in all areas of domestic and international restructurings, crisis management, financings, acquisitions in distressed situations and asset recovery litigation, often involving challenges to complex corporate transactions. Her role in creditor committee representations includes the Chapter 11 cases of Mallinckrodt, Aldrich Pump/Murray Bolier, Imerys Talc America, etc. Her lead role in company side restructurings includes a large regional real estate developer and the jointly administered O.W. Bunker USA and O.W. Bunker. Natalie’s representation of asset purchasers includes serving as counsel to the successful asset purchaser in RTW Retailwinds, Inc. sale of e-commerce business.

Natalie was recipient of the prestigious “Woman Restructuring Leader” top honors at the 2022 Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards.


Steven J. Reisman

Steven has a strong reputation for offering practical and innovative solutions to the complex business and legal issues that arise in the world of corporate restructurings. He regularly advises debtors, independent directors, equity sponsors, secured lenders, DIP lenders, indenture trustees, liquidators, trade creditors, creditors’ committees, distressed investors, parties to significant avoidance litigation, and purchasers of assets in Chapter 11 in all types of in court and out of court restructurings. Notable representations include restructurings or Chapter 11 cases of GWG Holdings, Mallinckrodt, Gulfport, Intelsat, Alex and Ani, JCPenney, Le Tote, Toys “R” Us, etc., among others. Mr. Reisman is recipient of the prestigious “Restructuring Leadership” accolade at the Turnaround Atlas Awards.

J. Soren Reynertson

Soren co-founded GLC Advisors & Co in 2009. Based in the New York office, he has worked with companies and their creditors on a number of assignments including bankruptcy reorganizations, exchange offers, out-of-court workouts, M&A, financings and recapitalizations for almost 30 years. He was also a crisis manager for Jay Alix Associates (now AlixPartners) where he focused on taking operational roles in financially distressed businesses. Soren also worked in PriceWaterhouse’s Dispute Analysis and Corporate Recovery Group.

What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry... The team that I have had the pleasure of working with since the late 1990s.

What do you most enjoy about your career... People in this small, tight knit industry always look out for each other.


Chai Ridgers

Chai specializes in cross-border restructurings, insolvency and workouts of distressed companies. He advises leading international and regional accountancy practices, onshore law firms, financial institutions, insolvency office holders, official and unofficial creditors’ committees, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, debtor-in-possession loan providers, directors, trustees, shareholders and corporate debtors. He has worked extensively on assignments throughout Asia, including in the PRC, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. Recently, Chai has played an instrumental role advising on a number of global restructurings concerning offshore entities.


Andrew N. Rosenberg

Andy primarily practices in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy with additional focus in representing lenders in providing financing to highly leveraged companies. He has been involved in numerous complex, high-stakes restructurings, including advising creditors in the restructurings of Digicel Group, Avaya, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Oro Negro, Puerto Rico, and GNC Holdings, among others.
