Ryan Preston Dahl

Ryan has extensive experience representing publicly- and privately held debtors, investors, and financial sponsors in special situations, out-of-court restructurings and distressed acquisitions, and in-court chapter 11 processes through prepackaged, prearranged, and traditional restructurings. His practice also includes a broad range of transactional and litigation matters across a number of industries including automotive, technology, retail, media, gaming, manufacturing, professional services and financial services.

Luc is a bankruptcy practitioner with over 30 years of experience representing debtors and creditors in some of the highest profile and complex restructuring matters. He is widely recognized as one of the world’s leading financial restructuring lawyers and has been cited on numerous occasions for his role in major bankruptcies.


Neil Devaney

Neil advises clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency law across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. He is focused on providing practical, leading-edge advice to companies and their stakeholders on complex, high value debt restructurings. Neil works with credit funds, senior management, and private equity sponsors on stressed, distressed and special situations. He also advises on associated M&A and alternative investments.


James Doak

Jim’s experience includes M&A, financing and restructuring transactions on behalf of Gymboree, Aéropostale, the City of Detroit, Foxwoods Casinos, Standard Pacific Corp., Level 3 Communications, Burlington Industries, and CenterPoint Energy. He has also represented creditor constituents in transactions including The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., COFINA/Puerto Rico and The Lenox Group and advised several sovereigns and municipalities. In June 2021 he was selected as the Global M&A Network’s “Restructuring Banker of the Year”. Jim has degrees from Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School and Harvard University.

Philip C. Dublin

Philip represents debtors, official and ad hoc creditors’ committees, secured lenders, debtor in possession lenders, institutional investors, hedge funds and acquirers of businesses and assets in chapter 11 cases of all sizes and complexity, as well as in connection with special situations and out-of-court restructurings. Phil has handled complex multibillion-dollar matters including multiple cross-border transactions across numerous industries.


Matthew Dundon

Matt founded Dundon Advisers in 2016. He and his team manage complex credit and credit-linked assets for institutional clients, provide restructuring advice to creditors, debtors, financiers, and distressed asset purchasers, and act as broker and counterparty advisors in non-securities credit originations and secondary transactions. Prior to founding Dundon Advisors, he served as research head at Miller Tabak Roberts Securities (2006-2010) and portfolio manager at Pine River Capital and Advent Capital (2010-2016).


Dennis Dunne

Dennis has extensive experience in representing companies and creditors in reorganization cases and out-of-court workouts, acquirors of financially distressed companies, providers of financing, and board of directors of public and private companies. He plays a leadership role in these matters, frequently as counsel to companies or official and unofficial committees representing key creditor constituencies, such as bondholders, agents for lender syndicates, and large debt or equity holders. He also regularly represents private equity funds, hedge funds and other financial institutions acquiring control positions in financially distressed companies, both in and out of court. Dennis was recognized by Global M&A Network’s Turnaround Atlas Awards as the Global Restructuring Lawyer of the Year.


Richard East

Richard was the founder and is now the senior partner of the London office of Quinn Emanuel. He previously co-managed the firm for 11 years. A highly rated and experienced solicitor advocate with a heavyweight litigation and arbitration practice spanning over two decades.


Kenneth H. Eckstein

Ken has played a prominent role in many of the headline-making Chapter 11 reorganizations of the past 35 years, including, most recently, three large, complex restructurings of the pharmaceutical companies at the heart of the opioid crisis, as well as the bankruptcies of household names in the consumer products, automotive, media and entertainment, financial services, telecommunications, energy, and airline industries. He represents creditors’ committees, bondholders, and other stakeholders in both in- and out-of-court restructurings as well as trustees, examiners and third parties seeking to acquire the assets or businesses of financially troubled companies. Ken was awarded the “Restructuring Leadership” top honors in 2019 at the Turnaround Atlas Awards.
