Lisa acts as the principal lawyer for private equity funds during the full life cycle of their portfolio company investments, from acquisition through disposition. During her nearly 20 years of practice at Jones Day, she has worked on a wide variety of deal structures in jurisdictions around the globe. Lisa’s extensive experience also includes the representation of privately held businesses and other strategic buyers and sellers in connection with their M&A activity.
