Hernán has participated in a broad range of cross-border transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, capital markets and financing transactions with a strong focus in the technology industry. He joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in July 1997 and became a partner in 2005.
What Hernán enjoys about his career… I enjoy working surrounded by very smart people in interesting projects. My career gave me the opportunity to learn about different industries and travel and meet top-notch colleagues from around the world with many of whom we became good friends.
