Loli is responsible for the firm’s investment banking business in the airline, railroad, shipping, trucking & logistics, and transportation infrastructure sectors. He and the team have advised on many significant transactions over his 24 plus year career, including M&A Atlas Awards winning deals such as Genesee & Wyoming’s acquisition of Railamerica, Kansas City Southern sale to Canadian Pacific Railway. He joined Bank of America in 2009 from Citigroup.
