His recent significant and M&A Atlas Award winning deals include advising the Canadian Pacific Railway Board of Directors on its $29 billion acquisition of Kansas City Southern, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe on its $44 billion sale to Berkshire Hathaway (2011).
