What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry… Commitment to understanding our client’s objectives and then keeping that objective as a goal post – in a word, perseverance. Having the legal depth to design a legal approach with creative yet pragmatic solutions. I also have the honor of leading a team of brilliant attorneys who make up the global restructuring practice at Winston.

What do you most enjoy about your career… Serving as a trusted advisor to executives, who often have spent their careers building a company and have much to gain (or lose) at this juncture of the corporate cycle and being able to help them achieve amazingly successful resolutions of complex legal issues.
