Mofdi has longstanding experience in advising companies in their capital structure, in their financing or restructuring. Notable transactions include – Yeled Invest / Orchestra Prémaman, CGG, Eolane, Vallourec, Ludendo, Biogroup LCD, Technicolor, etc. In 2019, Mofdi joined Sycomore from Degroof Petercam. He started his career in M&A at Marceau Investissements and Baird International. In 2007, he joined Houlihan Lokey in Paris and in London where he was involved in special situations, restructuring and distress valuation. Mofdi graduated from HEC Paris (finance).
