He has served as Interim CEO/President, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Board of Directors Member, among others, to numerous middle-market companies and is skilled at assisting clients through challenging situations. Larry is the bestselling author of “Don’t Be A Stranger”, where he explores the secrets of strategic relationship building. He graduated from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry… One factor for me is the ability to view a challenging situation, and act quickly while not having perfect information. The advantage of being an advisor in a tough situation is that we’re not burdened by history, and can objectively make decisions based on the current facts when we arrive.
What do you most enjoy about your career… I enjoy the deep dives we take into our clients’ businesses. Understanding their needs, becoming part of their team, and helping them overcome their challenges is hugely rewarding.
