Gregg has broad global experience and has represented some of the most well-known debtors and distressed borrowers, in a wide variety of industries. He has over 25 years of experience in both in court and out of court restructurings and reorganizations. Gregg also serves the firm’s sponsor client base and portfolio company clients in distressed M&A and special situations. Gregg received his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ph. D in Philosophy, M.A in Economics and B.A from University of Pennsylvania.
What Gregg most enjoys about his career… What I enjoy the most is getting to know different industries, being able to learn their businesses and working with so many talented and interesting people both at those companies and in the restructuring community.
