Profile:

Carolyn has parlayed her more than 25 years of investment banking experience into helping entrepreneurs prepare for market, evaluate strategic alternatives, and navigate every step of a sale or capital raise. Most of her work hinges on bringing together the right people—whether that means connecting clients with key partners, matchmaking between sellers and buyers.

Prior to founding Harbor View, Carolyn worked in the investment banking and equities divisions of Goldman Sachs, as well as at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Outside of Harbor View, Carolyn is a member of the Investment Committee of the UNF Foundation Board and a board member of the Florida Venture Forum.

Education: M.B.A., in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago, and B.A., from Dickinson College.
