What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I started my career in the Structured Finance department of a major New York City law firm which gave me significant deal experience. I later transitioned to corporate and healthcare M&A deals which are my passion.
How does diversity add value in the deal-making process?
Diverse individuals can offer different talents, skills, viewpoints and experiences. I find that women dealmakers in particular tend to work collaboratively to problem solve and achieve common ground.
The most memorable deal I worked on....
The affiliation of a struggling health system with a partner uniquely suited to sustain and grow the organization. After an extensive regulatory process, the transaction successfully closed, preserving a major community provider in an underserved area and hundreds of jobs.
Advice for achieving success in the industry....
Understand the needs and goals of both sellers and buyers and work cooperatively and expeditiously to achieve them. The most successful and fulfilling deals are when both sides achieve a win.

Victoria is a corporate and health care transactional attorney at the national law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP. She focuses her practice on corporate and healthcare M&A transactions in both the facility and practitioner space, as well as ongoing compliance, corporate and regulatory work. An active member of her community, Victoria serves on the March of Dimes Chester County Women of Achievement Committee, providing fundraising for its annual dinner. She previously served on the Board of Directors for The Center for Advancement in Cancer Education based in Wynnewood, PA.
