Tasked with oversight of client service delivery provided in the insolvency, class action, and secure virtual data room divisions of BMC Group, Tinamarie has 30+ years’ experience directing various aspects of corporate compliance, communications, insolvency case administration, as well as the due diligence process in major national and international merger & acquisition transactions.

Tinamarie sits on the board of the New York Institute of Credit spearheading a committee focused on private equity and hedge fund activity; International Womens’ Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) she acts as committee director / delegate to the United Nations Committee on International Trade Law (Working Group V, Insolvency). Tinamarie also contributes as a member of the editorial board of the Bankruptcy Strategist.
