Senior Managing Director

What led you to a career in the deal making industry?
I always had an entrepreneurial interest and the ability to work with business owners through an important and challenging time has always been appealing. I love the combination of high-intensity yet nurturing.
Diversity adds value in the deal-making process...
Diversity is a strategic asset, not just a box to be checked. Innovation, customer satisfaction, variety of perspectives, and cultural differences provide attributes necessary for increased productivity and the ability to anticipate and respond to changes in market needs/preferences.
Most memorable deal...
Deals with female founders always stand out as they demonstrate the vital role that women play in the world of business and entrepreneurship, something often overlooked in the healthcare industry.
Advice for achieving success...
Network and build relationships, find a mentor and learn from their experiences. Be confident, informed, adaptable, and curious. Know what works but don’t be afraid to try new things. Be brave. Communicate effectively. Focus on the big picture.
