Profile:

Taylor represents privately and publicly held companies in all aspects of corporate and transactional law, including commercial finance transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. She represents clients in a range of industries, with a particular focus on clients in the manufacturing industry. Taylor is a member of the firm's Business Transactions Group and its Manufacturing Industry Team.

Education: B.A., College Honors Program, Political Science and Religious Studies; magna cum laude, from College of the Holy Cross, J.D. with honors from University of Connecticut School of Law.
