What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I was attracted to the deal making industry due to dual requirements of analytical and personable mind-set. This business rewards those who can create meaningful relationships, and that has been my focus of building strong relationships at every step of my career.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
A recent transaction involving Arcadia Consumer Health showcases the growth of Churchill platform and a learning experience for me. Churchill had served as Administrative Agent and Sole Lender to support the sponsor in its acquisition of NATURELO®.
Most enjoy about my career...
The most enjoyable part of the work is the network of relations I have been able to build internally at Churchill and across the financial marketplace.
Profile:
Nick joined Churchill Asset Management in 2017 and currently serves as a Vice President in the Origination team with over nine years of experience in leveraged finance markets across both large cap and middle market deals. Previously, he was an Analyst within the Investment Bank at JP Morgan working with the diversified industrials credit group. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Nick worked as an Analyst at GE Capital, a financial services institution that focused on making direct senior, middle market loans.
Education: B.A in economics, with minors in accounting and communications from the University of Connecticut.
