What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I started advising healthcare clients at Ropes and Gray in the enforcement context, then worked at MassHealth, a leading Medicaid. I developed my current transaction-focused healthcare practice to connect my passion for the healthcare space and desire to build positive and innovative solutions with clients.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
This year’s OrthoNebraska acquisition by InTandem. Regulatory requirements challenged us to work collaboratively with our client and the seller to create compliant structures for the deal and post-closing physician compensation.
Most enjoy about my career...
I find it rewarding to assist clients in navigating US healthcare laws in building and innovating in a critical industry.
