What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
It is a challenging industry, and it’s important to quickly understand the stakes, the players and their different interests. There’s a huge learning curve, particularly in developing a work ethic, a curiosity in analyzing many sectors and in improving technical skills including modeling business plans.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
SMG; a publicly-traded oil field services provider which required debt financing for its acquisition. We guided the company through a highly-complicated financing that ultimately required five separate financing instruments.

Thomas manages the preparation of capital raise assignments, manages dialogue with prospective investors and buyers, and oversees closings. Prior to joining Chiron, Thomas worked for the M&A team at Société Générale where he was involved in healthcare and aeronautics assignments and coordinated capital raise and M&A transactions.
Education: EM Lyon Business School; MSc in Corporate Finance, and ESCE; Masters degree in International Finance.
