What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I have been attracted to the lending industry and the unique experience learning about the operating models of a vast number of companies and industries. Having spent time in underwriting and now origination, I have met truly incredible people and wake up each day with a new learning opportunity.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
The Eliassen transaction demonstrated Churchill’s relationship capabilities, being selected as lead agent for our largest transaction to date with a top private equity relationship in Stone Point.
Most enjoy about my career...
In this career, every day you wake up and have the opportunity to learn something new and develop a new relationship with incredibly talented people across the industry.
Profile:
Sean joined Churchill Asset Management in 2015 and currently serves as a Principal in the Origination team with over nine years of experience in middle market leveraged finance. Previously, he was an Associate at GE Capital, a financial services institution focused on making direct senior, middle market loans. Sean was accepted and graduated from the GE Capital Financial Management Program.
Education: B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at the Pennsylvania State University. He also received an international business degree from Institute at Palazzo Rucellai.
