Profile:

Kayla communicates with business owners to obtain information regarding the company's financial and operations. She analyzes our clients' financial statements and other corporate documents to find the unique strengths of the company to increase valuation for the desired exit strategy. These findings are used to prepare and develop the marketing materials to promote each opportunity we are representing. Kayla was motivated to join Benchmark International since she wanted to get into the area of mergers & acquisitions, and more so, because she was drawn to the exceptional team dynamic. Prior to Benchmark International, she was a Tax Process Specialist at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Education: MBA from the University of Pisa, and BS in Finance from the University of Florida.
