What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I have always been passionate about numbers and working with people, and the dealmaking industry blends the quantitative and human elements well. I find fulfillment in helping entrepreneurs realize their life’s work and creating generational impact for their families. This industry provides many opportunities for learning and mentorship.
Tell us about your experience and what was different during the Covid-19?
After slowing down for one month, deal activity rebounded and stayed robust during the pandemic. Our firm embraced technology quickly and it improved the efficiency of dealmaking; we are now using it to further streamline processes and shorten deal timelines. While travel restrictions impacted prospecting, overall COVID-19 had positive impact.
Recent most memorable deal I worked on....
The sale of a for-profit entity owned by a non-profit organization in the healthcare sector, where all sale proceeds will fund diabetes research and education.

Subhash has over eight years of investment banking experience and has advised on 20+ transactions. He has expertise advising business owners on mergers and acquisitions – both sell-side and buy-side and corporate finance assignments involving equity and debt private placements at all stages of their lifecycle across a broad range of industry sectors.
