What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
My drive to be an investment banker initially came from my competitive nature. The hours, commitment, and skill development were challenges that I embraced. As I have grown in my career, client satisfaction has kept me passionate and motivated in my deals.
Tell us about your experience and what was different during the Covid-19?
During the pandemic, fostering trust and moving processes forward in a timely manner became more challenging when interaction both with clients and within the team was limited to virtual platforms. We overcame hurdles through collaboration, communication and adhering to timelines and milestones.
Recent most memorable deal I worked on....
Tough to pick. Two of my favorite deals in recent history involved a cardiovascular services group and an autism services provider. As a healthcare investment banker, I am most excited when a successful result not only includes a satisfied client but also a high-quality outcome for patient care.

Benjamin has more than a decade of experience guiding businesses, leadership teams and key stakeholders through domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), recapitalization, restructuring, and capital raising transactions. He specializes in investment banking, growth equity recapitalization, corporate valuation and turnaround advisory, primarily serving clients in healthcare and healthcare services. Benjamin has advised healthcare and healthcare services organizations in behavioral health, managed care, payor services, pharmaceutical services, physician practice management, and telemedicine in transactions across the healthcare continuum. He has advised on and executed transactions exceeding $50 billion of economic value.
