Factors contributing for his success... I believe in leading with honesty and objectivity and always telling clients what they need to hear rather than what they want me to tell them. It's not always the easy path, but it's essential for building trust and delivering real results. Empathy also plays a big role in my success—understanding that behind every financial statement is a business and that behind every business are people. I make it a point to ask questions and always listen instead of jumping to conclusions. This approach helps my team and me to develop stronger relationships and to get to the heart of the problem faster. We have always taken pride in being hands-on operators and not just financial analysts. I believe that when you focus on doing good work the results and success follow.

Most enjoy... I love the opportunity to save a business and preserve jobs. It’s incredibly rewarding to see a struggling business get back on its feet. I also enjoy passing along the skills I’ve learned to the next generation of restructuring consultants. Mentoring and developing talent is something I prioritize. This approach is the foundation upon which Novo Advisors was built and continues to espouse. I thrive on building strong and lasting partnerships - whether with clients, employees, or partners - because in this business trust and collaboration underpin success.
