Frasher has been recognized by Chambers USA, Chambers and Partners, 2016-2024, as a leading bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer. Over the course of more than two decades of practice, Frasher has handled numerous complex Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workout matters, and distressed mergers and acquisitions. He also has substantial experience representing both creditors and debtors in Article 9 sale transactions. In his practice, Frasher represents debtors, traditional and nontraditional secured lenders, post-petition lenders, bondholders, asset purchasers and all other types of secured and unsecured creditors.

RICHARD M. PACHULSKI

Richard is widely regarded as one of the preeminent corporate restructuring attorneys in America. For the past four decades, Pachulski has represented debtors and creditors’ committees in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings. In addition, he has extensive experience in business reorganizations, as well as debtor/creditor litigation across numerous industries.

PAULO PADIS

Paulo’s practice focuses on cross-border debt and equity transactions, lenders and bondholders’ advisory on restructuring processes, distressed M&A transactions, and non-banking structured financings. Paulo has worked in some of the most prestigious law firms in Brazil and was previously a founding partner of Stocche Forbes Padis Filizzola Advogados in 2012.


DAVID R. PARHAM

Highly regarded for his skillful resolution of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, David has represented clients in all areas of bankruptcy in a broad range of sectors, including healthcare and hospitals, energy, retail and restaurant, insurance, and manufacturing. He guided the Chapter 11 bankruptcies of Buffets LLC, which owned 350 U.S. restaurants; midstream oil and gas company First River Energy; and poultry producer Pilgrim's Pride. He also represented the purchaser of the Dallas Stars National Hockey League team, and the foreign representative of the world’s largest Bitcoin exchange, Mt Gox, in its Chapter 15 proceeding.

JOSEPH PASQUARIELLO

Joe practices in the areas of commercial insolvency, restructuring, bankruptcy, insolvency litigation and financial services. He has represented a wide range of parties as bankruptcy and insolvency litigation counsel. His roles have included assisting debtors, creditors, monitors, receivers, trustees and potential purchasers in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Joe has acted for key parties in many high-profile, complex domestic, cross-border and international restructurings and financings.


ELIZABETH PILLON

Liz practice focuses on commercial litigation with an emphasis on complex and contentious restructuring and insolvency matters. Liz brings over 20 years’ experience to her restructuring and insolvency practice, which includes corporate statutory restructurings, Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), receivership and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as cross-border and global insolvency and restructuring proceedings.


OSCAR PINKAS

ERIC TYSON RAY

Eric has substantial experience in representing debtors, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, restaurants and utilities in corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships, Section 363 sales, debtor-in-possession financing and related litigation. While Mr. Ray focuses his practice on Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, he also has extensive experience in commercial litigation proceedings throughout state and federal courts.

Eric and the team won the “Chapter 11 Restructuring” of the year award for role played in advising on transaction Premier Kings Inc., a 172-unit franchisee of Burger King Corp. Chapter 11 bankruptcy presented during the at the 16th Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


STEVEN J. REISMAN

Steven has a strong reputation for offering practical and innovative solutions to the complex business and legal issues that arise in the world of corporate restructurings. He regularly advises debtors, independent directors, equity sponsors, secured lenders, DIP lenders, indenture trustees, liquidators, trade creditors, creditors’ committees, distressed investors, parties to significant avoidance litigation, and purchasers of assets in Chapter 11 in all types of in court and out of court restructurings. Mr. Reisman is recipient of the prestigious “Restructuring Leader” accolade at the Turnaround Atlas Awards.
