Chris has made a career out of navigating tough situations and finding creative solutions that create value. He spends much of his time protecting the rights of creditors in restructurings, frequently on behalf of investment funds. He also has considerable experience representing companies facing distress, leading them through workouts or Chapter 11 restructurings in jurisdictions across the United States.

David’s practice focuses on the representation of banks, hedge funds, private equity firms and companies in a variety of bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, distressed asset and debt transactions.

Joshua is a recognized leader in the burgeoning field of “liability management”, having advised on some of the largest and most novel transactions in the area, from Envision Healthcare to AMC Theatres. He also focuses on acquisitions of leveraged entities in connection with in-court and out-of-court workouts.

Daltro Borges founded FCNDG, a boutique law firm dedicated to litigation, specialized in corporate restructuring, judicial and extrajudicial recovery of companies as well as bankruptcy. He has worked as a lawyer in major insolvency and restructuring proceedings in Brazil.

Gregg has broad global experience and has represented some of the most well-known debtors and distressed borrowers, in a wide variety of industries. Gregg has over 25 years of experience in both in court and out of court restructurings and reorganizations.

Most enjoys about his career... What I enjoy the most is getting to know different industries, being able to learn their businesses and working with so many talented and interesting people both at those companies and in the restructuring community.

Katie focuses her practice on corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. She regularly represents debtors, secured lenders, committees, asset purchasers, liquidation trusts, and other parties in chapter 11 cases, as well as foreign representatives and other parties in chapter 15 ancillary proceedings.

Scott advises clients on a wide range of financial structuring and insolvency matters. He focuses on representing sponsors, investors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and companies in large out-of-court workouts, distressed acquisitions and chapter 11 proceedings.

Adam advises on corporate restructurings, workouts and creditors’ rights litigation, with a particular focus on the representation of investment funds and financial institutions in distressed situations. In addition to representing creditors and acquirers in distressed situations, he has represented Chapter 11 debtors, as well as portfolio companies in out-of-court exchange offers, debt repurchases and other capital restructurings.
