Scott has more than two decades of experience supporting company management teams and stakeholders through times of significant change. He has successfully led over 150 large-scale engagements, driving change through strategic repositioning and organizational transformation. Prior to co-founding Paladin, Scott lead restructuring teams at Deloitte and CRG Partners Group prior to its sale to Deloitte in 2012. Scott received the prestigious “Restructuring Leader” honors at the 15th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


MATTHEW BRASH

Matthew is lead professional of Newpoint’s TRAIL (Trustee, Receivership, Assignee, Interim Management, Liquidation) platform. He also serves as the SBRA Subchapter V Trustee at United States Trustee Program for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division. Matthew works with companies, national and global commercial lenders, private equity firms, and key stakeholders in various turnaround stages.


ROBERT “BOB” CARUSO

Bob specializes in advising management teams, boards, lenders and other stakeholders of companies engaged in financial or operational restructurings. With more than 30 years of restructuring experience, he has worked with clients in various industries.

Most recent notable assignment include serving as Chief Restructuring Officer for Revlon Inc, a transaction that won the prestigious “Turnaround of the Year” along with the firm winning the “Outstanding Global Turnaround Consulting Firm” accolade at the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


KEVIN P. CLANCY

Kevin provides financial advisory and litigation support services specializing in the areas of bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and investigative and forensic accounting. He has represented various official committees in bankruptcy proceedings including unsecured creditors, reclamation creditors, and asbestos property damage creditors and has been qualified as, and testified as, an expert in numerous bankruptcy courts throughout the United States and in state courts. Beginning his accounting and advisory career in 1998, Kevin has experience working in national and regional public accounting firms as well as the private sector.

Kevin and the team at CohnReznick won several transactional awards - AeroFarms, Inc., won “Distressed Investment Deal”; ID Auto “PARTS iD” Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11, won “Pre-Pack Restructuring” and Winc restructuring and sale, won the “Special Situation M&A Deal” of the year awards presented at the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


MATTHEW “MATT” DIAZ

Matt specializes in providing restructuring services to creditors in Chapter 11 and out-of-court special situations. He has industry expertise in diversified industrials, energy, power and products, mass tort, and retail and consumer products. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Diaz served as Chief Financial Officer for Graham Field Health Products, a $100 million manufacturer operating in Chapter 11, and as Restructuring Director for Impath, a $150 million cancer diagnostic testing company operating in Chapter 11.

Matt and the team at FTI won several transactional awards, including - IEH Auto Parts Holding (Auto Plus) Chapter 11 restructuring and sale of assets to various entities won the “Auto & Services Restructuring” of the year accolade presented at the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


JOHN DiDONATO

John has more than 30 years of experience guiding organizations through restructuring, operational transformation, capital raising, buy-side advisory and merger integration. His expertise encompasses a wide range of industries, including automotive, metals and mining, manufacturing, aerospace, specialty engineering and construction, transportation and logistics, retail, and technology.


CAROL FOX

Carol with over 30 years of private and public accounting experience. For over twenty years, her career has concentrated on providing forensic, investigative and bankruptcy services to debtors, creditors, Federal bankruptcy trustees and examiners, creditors' committees, court appointed assignees, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Justice, law firms and financial institutions. She has provided extensive restructuring and bankruptcy related services for a wide range of distressed situations including healthcare, life sciences, mining, e-commerce, and real estate.

Carol and team were recognized as winner of the “Health Services Restructuring” of the Year honor for advising the unsecured creditor committee in The Pill Club Chapter 11 Restructuring Section 363 Sale to Thirty Madison at the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


ROY J. GALLAGHER

Roy has 25 years of experience in the global financial markets and has spent over a decade of his career as an active investor in the leveraged loan and distressed debt markets with a primary focus on distressed debt investing. As a financial advisor, Roy focuses on advising ad hoc lender groups, sponsors, and companies through distressed situations.

Recently he advised the debtors in the Benefytt Technologies which won the “Chapter 11 Restructuring” of the year honors at the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards Gala.


EDWARD T. GAVIN

Ted has over 20 years of experience working with distressed companies and their stakeholders in diverse industry groups. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and process re-engineering, with hands-on management experience in nonprofit, for-profit, and public sector operations. Ted frequently testifies as an expert witness on matters such as ordinary course of business issues in preference litigation, as well as on fiduciary duties of management in distressed companies.

Ted and team have won many awards at the Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards including most recently for advising Williams Industrial Services Group Section 363 sale to EnergySolutions.


ARKADY GOLDINSTEIN

Arkady is a veteran of two of the leading firms in the restructuring field, Alvarez & Marsal and Weil Gotshal & Manges. He has extensive experience in guiding companies and other parties-in-interest through complex restructurings and turnarounds. He has worked on major restructurings, including those of Revlon, Sears, Ditech, Tops Markets, Abengoa, Green Field, and School Specialty, among others. His expertise spans a broad range of industries, including financial services, retail, telecommunications, consumer products, oil & gas, and construction.

Arkady and team won the “Pre-Pack Restructuring” of the year honors presented during the 16th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards for advising ID Auto “PARTS iD” Joint Prepackaged Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization.
