Highly regarded for his skillful resolution of bankruptcy and insolvency matters, David has represented clients in all areas of bankruptcy in a broad range of sectors, including healthcare and hospitals, energy, retail and restaurant, insurance, and manufacturing. He guided the Chapter 11 bankruptcies of Buffets LLC, which owned 350 U.S. restaurants; midstream oil and gas company First River Energy; and poultry producer Pilgrim’s Pride. He also represented the purchaser of the Dallas Stars National Hockey League team, and the foreign representative of the world’s largest Bitcoin exchange, Mt Gox, in its Chapter 15 proceeding.
