Brendan has worked with clients in a range of industries on distressed and non-distressed transactions. His experience includes in-court and out-of-court advisory assignments for companies and stakeholders, M&A engagements, leveraged loan and high yield transactions, as well as rescue, debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Notable recent transaction experience includes representing Mallinckrodt, Caesars, 21st Century Oncology, among others. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Brendan was with Millstein & Co, and before that, he was in the restructuring group at Lazard.
