What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I started as a tax accountant, analyzing the fallout from business owners' strategic moves in M&A and capital raising. I always wanted to be on the other end offering advice to business owners on how to execute their growth strategy or monetize their life’s work. Bridgepoint gave me that opportunity.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
A structured capital raise for CollegeNET. The total facility was based on annual recurring revenue rather than EBITDA, took less than 50 days and involved several complexities—financial and personal.
Most enjoy about my career...
I help our clients achieve their goals, both professionally and personally. I am constantly learning, and the best part is the everyday interaction with business owners, CEOs, and CFOs.
