What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I’ve always been fascinated with finance, accounting and business ownership, and this is the perfect blend of those interests. I wanted something challenging that was not monotonous and allowed me to interact with interesting and intelligent people.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
NEI Global was incredibly memorable due to the extensive data analytics and ability to position the multiple revenue stream opportunities to potential buyers, as well as an incredible learning experience on negotiations during and after LOI signing.

Profile:
Jeff has over 15 years of Capital Markets, M&A, and Corporate Finance experience across Consumer & Retail, Diversified Industrials, Energy, Logistics & Transportation, Business Services, and Specialty Finance industries. Prior to joining Navagant as a Founding Member, he was a Vice President in Capstone Partners’ Education and Training practice group. The son of a civil engineer and an elementary school teacher, Jeff’s enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two children.
Education: B.S in Accounting from Virginia Tech University.
