What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry… Genuineness is an important factor that has allowed me to connect with clients, companies and colleagues. Being able to be open and vulnerable with the people you are working together with allows for connections and trust to build and grow, which becomes especially important during times of crisis.

What do you most enjoy about your career… I love being able to connect with the unique network of people and over the years, many have become friends, mentors/sponsors and trusted advisors. I also enjoy being able to pass it on by helping mentor and guide the next generation of professionals.
