What factor has most led to your success in the restructuring industry… Undoubtedly, the factor that most led to my success was my decision a little over 20 years ago to leave the comfort of a full-service law firm and open the New York office of Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, the only national firm specializing in bankruptcy and restructuring.
What do you most enjoy about your career… I take great satisfaction in contributing to saving troubled companies, getting creditors repaid, saving the jobs of employees impacted by chapter 11, and helping to advance bankruptcy law; particularly serving as committee counsel in the Jevic Transportation case which culminated in an important U.S. Supreme Court decision.
