Profile:

Melissa is responsible for sourcing and underwriting senior and junior capital transactions for middle market companies backed by leading private equity firms, Family Offices, and non-sponsored companies. She has nearly 20 years of experience in finance, and prior to joining MidCap Financial, was an Executive Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Nomura in London. Previously, Melissa held roles at Enclude in Washington, D.C., and at Barclays and Lehman in New York in the Consumer/Retail Group.

Education: B.A. magna cum laude in economics and mathematics from Williams College, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
