Profile:
Amy brings to the Technology investment banking team 17 years of experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions for companies within the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including data centers, fiber networks, and wireless infrastructure. In her role as Head of Debt Advisory, she leverages 25-plus years of debt capital markets experience and relationships to arrange senior and junior debt financings for companies and financial sponsors across Technology, Diversified Industrials, and Consumer verticals. Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Amy was a Managing Director and Head of Debt Advisory at The Bank Street Group. Amy is currently acting chair of Women for Higher Advancement and Mentorship (WHAM), the women’s organization within Equity Capital Markets.
Education: B.A., concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame.
