Profile:

Chad works directly with middle market business owners in developing and executing successful exit plans. Chad has over 10 years of experience and knowledge of corporate valuations, financial modeling and analysis, and M&A transactional expertise. Chad recently closed Orion Registrar and King Machine. Previously, he served as an Analyst for a national business valuation firm with an emphasis on estate and tax planning. Prior to that position, he was the Interim CFO of a start-up consumer technology company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Comroe served on the Valuation Team at Generational Equity from 2008 to 2012 where he consulted and valued over 300 private middle market companies.

Education: MBA from the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University, and BSBA in Management with a concentration in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
