Rachael is a partner in the Life Sciences group at Goodwin, Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Philadelphia office, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She represents public and private life sciences companies in connection with: capital markets transactions; Securities Exchange Act work; mergers and acquisitions; complex divestitures and carve-out transactions.
What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
I went in-house at a Life Sciences company and loved the dedication of the employees to bring therapies to patients.
Most memorable deal I worked on...
Globus acquisition of Nuvasive for $3.1 billion. The transaction had a lot of twists and turns and we had to manage time pressure and manage leaks.
My number one advice for achieving success in the industry...
Be a true strategic partner with your client.

I enjoy partnering with my clients and helping them solve their most challenging issues.
