What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
Having grown up with an attorney father and private banker mother, I always knew I wanted to be involved in transactions and my passion for negotiating and analysis led me to being an attorney. My first experience in a 363 sale confirmed that I should be a deal maker.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
Each deal is memorable in its own way, but I would have to say the Larva/Yuga deal, because it involved a novel area (NFTs) and how to appropriately transfer them on the blockchain. It’s not likely that a similar transaction will happen again in the near term.
Most enjoy about my career...
I enjoy working with a variety of clients in different industries and helping find solutions to issues they encounter. In a day, I can be working with a clean tech company that is acquiring a company, assisting a PE fund on an add on acquisition, and helping a client invest in an early-stage company in the entertainment industry.
