What led you to a career in the deal-making industry?
Deal making is an exciting, challenging & fast-paced industry and I relish the continuously challenging nature of what we do. Each client provides the opportunity to leverage my problem-solving skills and meticulously analyze data and formulate a strategy. Every engagement is a puzzle I get to solve.
Memorable deal I worked on... why?
A for-profit $220M multicomplex orthopedic surgery, physical therapy, and urgent care health network facing numerous lender defaults, government and regulatory pressures, and a plethora of human resource issues.
Most enjoy about my career...
I‛ve had peaks and valleys but the rush of adrenaline I get when I‛m “called to the plate” to save a company or provide an exit /outcome is unparalleled.

Profile:

Chris provides financial advisory, business restructuring, and transaction support services to corporations, debtors, bondholders, hedge funds, law firms, lending institutions, private equity firms, secured lenders, unsecured creditors, and other constituents. He advises his clients on matters involving turnaround, bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts, litigation, lender and M&A due diligence, transactional support, and profit improvement. A member of CohnReznick’s Performance Improvement practice, Chris focuses on increasing collaboration across service lines and creating new services to help clients drive growth.

Education: MBA from University of South Carolina, Darla Moore School of Business, BS in Financial Economics from Centre College, and International Business & Managerial Finance from University of Nicosia (Intercollege).
